What can I except in the first session?
Your first session is a chance for you to get to know your therapist. Your therapist will ask you questions about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and discuss with you their recommendations for working together. You’re welcome to ask questions and share what’s most important to you.
Session frequency varies depending on your goals. Many clients start with weekly sessions. We’ll collaborate on a plan that fits your life and supports your progress.

Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network (OON) group practice and do not bill insurance directly for services. We are happy to provide a superbill for those who have PPO plans that cover out-of-network mental health services. We strongly encourage contacting your insurance plan for information on what reimbursement may be available for an out-of-network provider.
