In your first session, we’ll begin by creating a safe and supportive space where you can share what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, relevant life experiences, and your goals for healing and growth. You’ll also learn the basics of the IFS model and how it can help you understand the inner dynamics that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This initial conversation sets the foundation for building trust, clarity, and collaboration as we begin your healing journey—led by curiosity, compassion, and connection to your true Self.
